The premier Offshore Wind conference of the International Partnering Forum (IPF24) in New Orleans began on April 22nd. Heiko Wuttke presented the 8.2 Consulting AG expertise in offshore wind at German Pavilion.
There are huge targets for Offshore Wind in the US and the first projects are consented or under construction. The majority of these projects will be equipped with the state-of-the-art wind turbines, which are being manufactured still in Europe. This is where we bring in our expertise, as we are already familiar with the latest generation of those wind turbines of the 10 to 15 MW class.
